Book online using our appointment page, or call or text 778-676-6660. Choose your package and vehicle type, then select an available date and time. Payment is collected after the service.
How does mobile car detailing work?
We come to an agreed location with our equipment, water and power. You provide a suitable work area and access to the vehicle. After completing the selected service, we walk through the result with you.
Do you need access to water or electricity?
We bring our own water and power. If a suitable electrical outlet is available, let us know so we can discuss using it instead of a generator. The workspace must allow safe, permitted operation.
Which areas do you serve?
Based in Tsawwassen, we serve Delta, Ladner, Richmond, Vancouver, Surrey, Burnaby and nearby Metro Vancouver communities. We bring our own water, power and detailing equipment to suitable homes and workplaces. Contact us with your address to confirm availability, site permission, access and any travel fee before booking.
What is the difference between Standard and Intensive detailing?
Standard is the starting point for general cleaning and upkeep. Intensive includes deeper cleaning and additional preparation, depending on whether you choose interior, exterior or full detailing. Compare the exact inclusions on the relevant package page.
Should I choose interior, exterior or full detailing?
Choose interior detailing for seats, carpets, mats and cabin surfaces. Choose exterior detailing for washing, wheels and exterior finish care. Full detailing combines interior and exterior work in one appointment.
Does detailing include paint correction or ceramic coating?
Paint correction and ceramic coating have their own packages. An exterior wash or full detail does not automatically include machine polishing or a ceramic coating. Ma Mobile Detailing is an authorized GYEON and IGL coating installer. Our ceramic coating packages include surface preparation and Stage 1 polish; application and curing require suitable working conditions. Tell us about swirls, oxidation or protection goals so we can recommend the right service.
Can you remove pet hair, stains or odors?
We offer additional care for pet hair, stains and odors. Let us know the condition when you enquire. The treatment, additional cost and achievable result depend on the material, source and severity; permanent damage or every odor may not be removable.
Do you offer mold removal detailing?
Yes. We have a dedicated mold removal interior service. Send clear photos and describe any leaks or dampness so we can discuss the scope. Cleaning alone does not repair a moisture source or guarantee mold will never return.
Do you offer recurring maintenance or fleet detailing?
Yes. Ask about complete, interior-only or exterior-only maintenance, including monthly and every-two-month schedules. Regular maintenance follows the required initial detail. Our on-site fleet detailing serves work trucks, vans and company cars. Fleet and multiple-vehicle rates depend on vehicle size, condition, service, frequency and location. We confirm the quote, site access and schedule before booking.
What products do you use for detailing?
We use professional detailing products appropriate to the surface and service, including brands such as Meguiarβs, P&S, 3D and Adamβs. Ask us about a particular finish, material or existing coating before your appointment.
What if my address does not permit mobile detailing?
Contact us before booking if you have shared parking, strata restrictions or an underground space. We can discuss access, site rules and a suitable alternative location where available.
Are there transportation fees for farther locations?
For farther locations such as Langley and beyond, the published travel fee starts at $50. It is waived when the service is over $300. Contact us with your address to confirm the applicable fee and availability before booking.
Can Point Roberts drivers use your service?
Contact us about arranging service on the Canadian side of the border. Call or text 778-676-6660 to confirm the meeting location and arrangements before travelling.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards, e-transfer, cash, gift cards and invoice payments. Payment is collected after the service.
