How much does carpet cleaning cost?
Our published room estimates start at $49 Standard or $59 Heavy Duty for a room up to 200 sq ft. A large room of 200–400 sq ft is $69 or $79, and a staircase of up to 15 steps is $59 or $69. All rates are in CAD, and the exact quote is confirmed before cleaning.
What is hot-water extraction? Is it steam cleaning?
Hot-water extraction is often called steam cleaning. The machine applies hot water to help loosen soil in the material, then extracts water and loosened dirt. We assess the material and cleaning requirements before choosing the appropriate approach.
What is the difference between Standard and Heavy Duty pricing?
The pricing level reflects the condition and cleaning requirements of the job. Heavier soil or more demanding work may require Heavy Duty pricing. Send photos and tell us about the affected areas so we can confirm the appropriate quote.
How long will carpets and upholstery take to dry?
Our usual guidance is around half a day to a day, depending on the material, humidity, airflow and cleaning requirements. Drying can take longer in humid conditions. Follow our aftercare instructions and allow surfaces to dry fully before normal use.
What should I do if I have children, pets or product sensitivities?
Tell us before booking so we can discuss product choices and any concerns. Keep children and pets away from the work area during cleaning and until the surfaces are completely dry, and follow any additional instructions for the products used.
Can you remove pet stains, coffee spills and other marks?
We can assess and treat many common spots and stains, but complete removal depends on the material, the age of the stain and any previous treatments. Some discoloration, wear and odors may remain. Send photos and explain what caused the mark if you know.
Do you move furniture?
Large or heavy furniture generally stays in place. Please clear loose belongings, fragile items and smaller objects where possible. Ask us in advance about any small furniture items you need help with, and follow our guidance before placing furniture back onto damp carpet.
Do you clean offices and other commercial spaces?
Yes. Our published Heavy Duty rates include office carpet and gym turf at $0.39 per sq ft, and business dining chairs at $5 per chair. Share the size, condition, seating count and preferred appointment time for a confirmed commercial quote.
Can you clean an area rug or delicate upholstery?
Suitability depends on the material, backing, condition and available drying setup. Send photos, dimensions and any care-label information before booking. We will confirm whether the item and location are suitable for the proposed cleaning.
Do you clean mattresses, bed frames and headboards?
Yes, for suitable materials. Our guide includes child-size and adult-size mattresses, upholstered bed frames with headboards, and headboards on their own. See the mattress and bed pricing section and tell us the size and material when requesting your quote.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Clear small belongings and breakable items, identify the areas you want cleaned and let us know about stains or concerns. Tell us about parking, stairs, building access and available water and power so we can confirm the setup needed for your appointment.
