What is included in your ceramic coating packages?

Both packages include exterior washing, decontamination, clay bar treatment and Stage 1 polishing before coating application. Coating is applied to paint, plastic trim, headlights and wheel faces. Window glass coating is a separate add-on.

What is the difference between the 4-year and 10-year options?

The packages use different coating systems and coverage terms. Both include the same core paint preparation. We confirm the selected product, expected care requirements and written warranty terms before application.

Can I upgrade to Stage 2 paint correction?

Yes. Stage 2 polishing is a $200 upgrade to either coating package. It adds a cutting and refining process for more noticeable paint defects. Deep scratches and rock chips may still need body-shop repairs, which we do not offer.

Does ceramic coating prevent scratches or rock chips?

No. Ceramic coating does not make the vehicle scratch-proof and does not prevent rock chips or impact damage. Careful washing and ongoing maintenance are still necessary.

How do I maintain the 10-year warranty?

Return for maintenance with Ma Mobile Detailing every 24 months or 25,000 km, whichever comes first. Coverage is subject to the written warranty terms supplied with your coating.

When can I wash my vehicle after coating?

Follow the coating-specific curing and washing instructions we provide. Keep the vehicle dry during its initial curing period and avoid harsh chemical washes during the first 14 days. We explain the initial water-contact restrictions for your selected product at handover.

Can I use an automatic car wash?

We recommend careful hand washing with a pH-neutral shampoo, clean microfiber wash mitts and a soft drying towel or blower. Avoid brush-style automatic washes, which can introduce swirl marks.

Where do you offer mobile ceramic coating?

We serve Delta, Tsawwassen, Ladner, Richmond, Vancouver, Surrey, Burnaby and nearby areas. Tell us about your parking and sheltered working space so we can confirm suitable application and curing arrangements.

Do you offer boat and RV ceramic coating?

Yes. Boat and RV coating is quoted separately from the car packages above. Explore our RV coating services or boat coating services, or request a quote.
